Cantor Injury Law secured a $5,000,000 judgment for our client, a 21-year-old woman who was severely injured while renting a jet-ski. In July 2020, another rider recklessly crashed his jet-ski into her watercraft, ejecting her into the river. She suffered fractures to her right tibia, right fibula, right pelvis, right great toe, right foot, sacrum, coccyx, lacerations to her lung, buttock. The severity of her injuries and extensive nature of her medical treatment, which included multiple surgeries and hospitalizations, caused her to drop out of school and work. She persisted through hundreds of hours of physical therapy to teach herself to walk again and plans to return to work and school as time allows. Following a bench trial in St. Louis City Circuit Court, Cantor Injury Law secured a $5,000,000 judgment against the at-fault operator in favor of our deserving client.
