While placing warning flares outside of his vehicle, a tow truck driver was killed in a hit-and-run accident. The other driver pleaded guilty and is serving prison time. To help the victim’s family, Mark Cantor sought proceeds from the towing company’s insurance policy. Cantor was able to convince the defendant that the tow truck driver was an “occupant” of his vehicle and covered under the policy.
