In 2024, Brian was part of the trial team that secured a $462,000,000 verdict, including $450,000,000 in punitive damages, for wrongful deaths resulting from a trailer manufacturer’s dangerous design of rear-impact guards on their semi-trailers. It is believed to be one of the largest punitive damages against a trailer manufacturer ever. Brian was also instrumental in securing class certification for Missouri’s prison guards, who later won a $113,000,000 verdict. Other representative results include:
- $5,000,000 for the family of a young man whose death was caused by a semi-truck driver who ran a red light;
- $5,000,000 judgment against negligent jet-ski operator for serious injuries sustained by his client;
