Winning

Winning

By Mark A. Cantor

Winning at trial is not luck and is never easy, even when the trial is over and everyone agrees that the win is well deserved. The reason we are perceived as having the best cases with winning facts is because of the hard work and preparation that made the case a winner. Please remember that ultimately the fight is about money, and money is always a battle so even if you get over the hurdle of IF you should win, the next issue is how much your client deserves. (Think about your own life and the difficult fights you have had about money!)

At Cantor and Associate we know how to win and hate to lose. We do the hard work to win and do not accept the lowball offer or easy money. We routinely get up extra early and travel the extra to mile to litigate, take depositions and fight motions, because we know that is the only way to win at trial or to maximize the settlement. Gary and I are in court or depositions constantly and each have many paralegals supporting our files so that we can do what is necessary to win.

We scrutinize our cases carefully, particularly medical malpractice cases and slip and fall cases, and do not accept cases we do not believe are meritorious and never pursue a frivolous lawsuit. As a result, the insurers, defense attorneys and everyone else knows that when we are coming at you there is no option but to fairly pay or go to trial.

I am proud of our firm’s staff, work ethic and reputation. We do the extra hard work that is necessary be extraordinary. If you need help call us at (314) 542-9999.
